Quality Manager - Portage Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
• →Lead and manage the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
• →Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
• Proven ability to implement and improve quality control processes and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing and mentoring quality teams.
