Quality Manager - Walker Area

• →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead and manage a team of quality engineers and inspectors.
• →Oversee product inspection, testing, and release processes to ensure compliance with specifications.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to assess QMS effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance.
• →Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes, and corrective actions.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product development and process improvements.
• →Manage customer complaints and non-conformances, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant quality management standards.
• Strong understanding and application of quality tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis).
• Proven ability to lead and develop a quality team.
