Quality Manager - Wayland Area

• →Develop and implement quality management systems (QMS) and procedures.
• →Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for quality issues.
• →Manage and conduct internal and external audits, including supplier quality assessments.
• →Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product quality and manufacturing processes.
• →Oversee the inspection, testing, and release of raw materials, in-process, and finished goods.
• →Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.
• →Mentor and manage the quality assurance team, providing guidance and performance reviews.
• →Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and report on quality performance to management.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems and auditing.
• Proven ability to implement and improve quality control processes and procedures.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and mentor a quality team.
