Quality Supervisor - Battle Creek Area

We are partnering with organizations in Battle Creek that are seeking Quality Supervisors. • →Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• →Supervise and train quality technicians and inspectors.
• →Conduct root cause analysis for product defects and non-conformances.
• →Manage the calibration and maintenance of quality testing equipment.
• →Oversee the inspection and testing of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products.
• →Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality issues.
• →Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including reports and records.
• →Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and internal quality systems.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, IATF 16949).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
• Strong understanding of root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action processes.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
• Experience with ISO 9001:2015 implementation or auditing
• Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, JMP)
• ASQ Certified Quality Supervisor (CQS) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
