Quality Supervisor - Gladwin Area

• →Maintain and audit the quality management system.
• →Coordinate calibration and inspection equipment upkeep.
• →Track quality metrics and report trends to plant leadership.
• →Support internal and external audits and customer visits.
• →Supervise quality inspectors and technicians on assigned shifts.
• →Review production and inspection records for accuracy and completeness.
• →Investigate customer complaints and internal nonconformances.
• →Lead root cause analysis and corrective action activities.

• Bachelor degree in engineering, quality, or a related field.
• Three to five years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience leading or supervising inspection teams.
• Working knowledge of ISO 9001 and core quality tools.
• Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action methods.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Certified Quality Engineer or Certified Quality Auditor credential.
• Experience in automotive or medical device manufacturing.
• Familiarity with statistical process control and gage R and R.
• Lean or Six Sigma Green Belt training.
• Experience with quality software and ERP systems.
