Quality Supervisor - Grandville Area

• →Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• →Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Proven leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring a team of quality professionals
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality standards

• Additional certifications or training
