Quality Supervisor - Holland Area

• →Develop and implement quality control procedures and standards.
• →Supervise and train quality control inspectors and technicians.
• →Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• →Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality specifications.
• →Manage and maintain quality documentation and records.
• →Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
• →Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality-related problems.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance/control within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring a team.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in quality tools and techniques such as SPC, FMEA, MSA, and root cause analysis.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
