Quality Supervisor - Paw Paw Area

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Quality Supervisors. • →Supervises and coordinates the activities of quality control inspectors and technicians.
• →Develops, implements, and maintains quality control systems and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality management, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance or quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including supervising and developing a team of quality professionals.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100, IATF 16949) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
