Quality Supervisor - Walker Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
• →Lead and mentor a team of quality inspectors and technicians.
• →Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with standards.
• →Investigate and resolve customer complaints related to product quality.
• →Analyze quality data to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• →Oversee the inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
• →Collaborate with production and engineering teams to implement corrective and preventive actions.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality control or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience supervising and mentoring a team of quality technicians or inspectors.
• Strong understanding and practical application of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and other quality analysis tools.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification preferred.
