Quality Supervisor - Whitehall Area

• →Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• →Supervise and train a team of quality control inspectors and technicians.

• →Manage and maintain quality documentation, including audits, reports, and certifications.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven leadership experience, including supervising and mentoring a team of quality professionals.
• Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001, AS9100) and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
• Proficiency in data analysis and statistical process control (SPC) tools.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
