Quality Technician - Byron Center Area

• →Performs in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• →Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs.
• →Identifies and quarantines non-conforming materials.
• →Assists in the investigation and resolution of quality issues.
• →Calibrates and maintains inspection equipment.
• →Supports continuous improvement initiatives related to quality.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
