Quality Technician - Cadillac Area

• →Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• →Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• →Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability.
• →Document and report quality data, including inspection results and defect trends.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• →Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• →Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficiency in using quality measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems

• Additional certifications or training
