Quality Technician - Charlotte Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Charlotte that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. • →Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• →Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming materials or processes.
• →Calibrate and maintain inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• →Document and maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports and test results.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• →Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role.
• Proficient in using various inspection tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.

• Additional certifications or training
