Quality Technician - Fremont Area

• →Performs in-process and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• →Documents inspection results by completing reports and logs, summarizing re-work and waste, and inputting data into quality systems.
• →Calibrates, maintains, and troubleshoots quality inspection tools and equipment.
• →Assists in the investigation of non-conforming materials or products, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• →Conducts audits of manufacturing processes and procedures to ensure adherence to established quality management systems.
• →Collaborates with production teams to implement quality control measures and improve product quality.
• →Provides training and guidance to production personnel on quality procedures and best practices.

• High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related role within a manufacturing environment
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Solid understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications

• Additional certifications or training
