Quality Technician - Grandville Area

• →Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• →Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming materials and products, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• →Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot various quality control equipment and gauges.
• →Document inspection results, test data, and quality issues in detailed reports and maintain accurate records.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans.
• →Support production teams in resolving quality-related issues and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• →Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in blueprint reading and GD&T
• Experience with various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and statistical process control (SPC)

• Additional certifications or training
