Quality Technician - Holt Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Holt that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. • →Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• →Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products.
• →Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment and testing instruments.

• →Assist in the development and revision of quality procedures and work instructions.
• →Support internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• →Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Familiarity with quality control systems and methodologies (e.g., SPC, Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Additional certifications or training
