Quality Technician - Kentwood Area

• →Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections.
• →Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment.
• →Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• →Identify non-conforming materials and initiate corrective actions.
• →Assist in the investigation of customer complaints and quality issues.
• →Perform root cause analysis for quality defects.
• →Support the implementation and maintenance of quality management systems.

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years experience in a quality assurance or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using various metrology tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
