Quality Technician - Lansing Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Lansing that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. • →Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to specifications.
• →Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.
• →Calibrate and maintain inspection, measuring, and test equipment.
• →Document and report quality data, including non-conformances and corrective actions.
• →Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
• →Assist with the development and revision of quality control plans and work instructions.

• High school diploma or GED; associate's degree in a technical field preferred
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001) and statistical process control (SPC)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Additional certifications or training
