Quality Technician - Marquette Area

• →Flag nonconforming parts and route them through the hold process.
• →Support root cause analysis for defects and customer complaints.
• →Calibrate and maintain inspection tools and test equipment.
• →Assist with internal audits and prepare quality reports.
• →Communicate quality issues to production and engineering teams.
• →Inspect incoming materials, in-process parts, and finished products against specifications.
• →Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation and logs.
• →Perform dimensional checks using calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

• Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to read blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with measurement tools and inspection methods.
• Attention to detail and accurate record keeping.

• Experience with coordinate measuring machines or vision systems.
• Associate degree in a technical field.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or IATF 16949 quality systems.
• Knowledge of statistical process control and root cause tools.
• Certification in quality inspection or auditing.
