Quality Technician - Montague Area

• →Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• →Perform root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• →Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment.
• →Document inspection results and maintain quality records.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures.
• →Participate in internal and external quality audits.
• →Analyze production data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and relevant standards (e.g., ISO 9001)
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite

• Additional certifications or training
