Quality Technician - Otsego Area

We are partnering with organizations in Otsego that are seeking Quality Technicians. • →Conduct in-process and final product inspections, documenting findings.
• →Perform root cause analysis for non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• →Calibrate and maintain inspection, measurement, and test equipment.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• →Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• →Collect and analyze quality data, preparing reports on key performance indicators.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using various measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• Strong understanding of quality control principles and methodologies (e.g., SPC, Root Cause Analysis)
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Additional certifications or training
