Quality Technician - Portage Area

• →Performs in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• →Conducts root cause analysis for non-conforming materials and processes.
• →Calibrates and maintains quality inspection tools and equipment.
• →Documents inspection results and maintains accurate quality records.
• →Assists in the development and revision of quality control procedures.
• →Participates in internal and external quality audits.
• →Monitors production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality control or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in using various quality measurement tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, CMM).
• Strong understanding of GD&T principles and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Experience with statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems.
