Quality Technician - St. Johns Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in St. Johns that are seeking skilled Quality Technicians. • →Conduct in-process and final product inspections to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• →Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for non-conforming products or processes.
• →Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot quality control equipment and gauges.
• →Document and maintain accurate quality records, including inspection reports and test data.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality procedures, work instructions, and inspection plans.
• →Participate in internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality management systems.
• →Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for quality improvement.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in using precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and root cause analysis
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite

• Additional certifications or training
