Quality Technician - Traverse City Area

We are partnering with organizations in Traverse City that are seeking Quality Technicians. • →Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products.
• →Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming materials and products.
• →Calibrate and maintain inspection, measuring, and test equipment.
• →Document quality control activities, including test results and inspection records.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• →Support internal and external audits of the quality management system.
• →Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within the quality process.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficiency with quality inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong understanding of Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Actions
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 quality management systems

• Additional certifications or training
