Quality Technician - Whitehall Area

• →Conduct in-process and final inspections of manufactured products to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• →Perform root cause analysis for non-conforming products and implement corrective actions.
• →Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment and tools.
• →Document inspection results, quality data, and maintain detailed records.
• →Assist in the development and revision of quality control procedures and work instructions.
• →Participate in internal and external audits to ensure adherence to quality management systems.
• →Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve quality-related issues.

• Associate's degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
• 2+ years experience in a manufacturing quality role
• Proficient in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications (GD&T)
• Familiarity with quality tools such as SPC, FMEA, and Control Plans
• Experience with various measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, CMM)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Additional certifications or training
