Quality Technician - Zeeland Area

• →Conduct in-process and final product quality inspections.
• →Calibrate and maintain quality control measuring equipment.
• →Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records.
• →Identify and report non-conforming materials or products.
• →Assist in root cause analysis and corrective action implementation.
• →Perform first article inspections for new products or processes.
• →Support internal and external quality audits.

• Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing) or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a quality control or assurance role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in using various measuring tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges).
• Strong understanding of statistical process control (SPC) and data analysis.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications (GD&T knowledge preferred).
