• →Prepare accurate and timely quotes for customers based on specifications and pricing models.
• →Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production teams to gather necessary information for quotes.
• →Analyze customer requests, drawings, and other documentation to determine scope of work and material requirements.
• →Utilize ERP and CRM systems to manage quote pipeline and track progress.
• →Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure orders while maintaining profitability.
• →Identify and recommend cost-saving opportunities or alternative solutions to customers.
• →Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, pricing structures, and market trends.

• Associate's degree in Business, Finance, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in a quoting, estimating, or sales support role within manufacturing.
• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis.
• Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Excellent mathematical aptitude and attention to detail for accurate cost calculations.

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking quotes and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for accessing product data and pricing information.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or project management (e.g., PMP).
• Experience with configure-price-quote (CPQ) software solutions.
