Quoting Specialist - Ludington Area

• →Prepare accurate and timely quotes for custom and standard products.
• →Collaborate with sales, engineering, and production to gather necessary information for quotes.

• →Utilize ERP/MRP systems to retrieve cost data and generate pricing.
• →Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to secure orders.

• 3+ years experience in a quoting or estimating role within manufacturing.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong mathematical aptitude and proficiency in calculating material costs, labor hours, and overhead.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with sales, engineering, and customers.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
• Familiarity with product configurators or CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) software
• Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or blueprints
