Quoting Specialist - Whitehall Area

• →Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements, provide updates, and address inquiries.

• →Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in quoting.

• 3+ years experience in a quoting or estimating role within the manufacturing industry.
• Demonstrated ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
• Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and quoting software.
• Excellent analytical and mathematical skills for accurate cost calculations.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and concisely.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related technical field is preferred.

• Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for tracking quotes and customer interactions.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for accessing product data and pricing information.
• Proven ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications.
• Certification in a relevant field (e.g., CPIM, CSCP) or project management.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly for international customer bases.
