• →Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, including ATS, job boards, and social media, to identify qualified candidates.
• →Negotiate competitive compensation packages and extend offers, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• →Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs to promote the company as an employer of choice in the manufacturing sector.
• →Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize recruitment strategies.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles, from entry-level production to skilled trades and management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology
• Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management and reporting
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates through various channels
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday, SuccessFactors, or similar.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Ability to speak Spanish or other relevant languages for a diverse workforce.
