• →Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• →Source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
• →Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical skills and cultural fit.
• →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• →Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions within manufacturing.
• →Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track recruitment metrics.
• →Collaborate with HR and leadership to continuously improve recruitment processes and employer branding initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial roles.
• Proven ability to source and attract qualified candidates for various skill levels, from shop floor to engineering.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing full-cycle recruitment, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.

• Experience with ATS implementation or optimization.
• Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin.
• Certifications in HR analytics or talent acquisition technology.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct engaging virtual recruitment events.
