Recruiter - Delta Township Area

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Delta Township that are seeking skilled Recruiters. • →Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• →Source and attract qualified candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to attract and hire skilled trades, production, and engineering talent
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and organizational structures
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and various sourcing strategies
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates

• Additional certifications or training
