We are partnering with organizations in DeWitt that are seeking Recruiters. • →Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• →Source and screen candidates for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, maintenance, and engineering.
• →Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from initial requisition to offer extension and onboarding.
• →Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.
• →Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• →Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• →Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• →Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in manufacturing recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 1 year in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to recruit for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and skilled trades.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and the technical skills required for various roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.

• Experience with HRIS platforms like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans
• Ability to analyze recruiting metrics and identify areas for improvement
• Prior experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
