Recruiter - Grandville Area

• →Full cycle recruitment for a variety of manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.

• →Conduct thorough candidate screening and interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
• →Manage the offer process, including negotiation and pre-employment checks.
• →Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
• →Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and recruitment workflows.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from production to engineering and management.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates using various methods.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific skill sets.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

• Experience with a major ATS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Taleo) beyond basic user functions.
• SHRM-CP or SCP certification.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to leverage data analytics for recruitment strategy optimization.
• Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies in a recruitment context.
