Recruiter - Holt Area

We are partnering with organizations in Holt that are seeking Recruiters. • →Partner with manufacturing leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• →Full cycle recruitment for a variety of manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.
• →Proactively source and engage passive candidates through various channels, including online databases, social media, and industry networks.
• →Conduct thorough candidate screenings and interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• →Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• →Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to build talent pipelines.
• →Collaborate with HR partners to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

• Proven experience recruiting for manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, roles, and industry-specific skill sets.
• Demonstrated ability to source and attract passive candidates for specialized technical and operational roles.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, including reporting and process improvement.
• SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or unionized environments.
