Responsibilities

  • →Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and cultural fit.
  • →Negotiate offers and serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • →Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting for manufacturing roles (e.g., engineers, production supervisors, skilled trades).
  • Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates in a competitive market.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) specifically tailored for high-volume manufacturing environments.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and department heads in a manufacturing setting.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and their impact on workforce planning.
  • Prior experience working with a contingent workforce or staffing agencies for skilled trades.
