• →Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• →Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality control.
• →Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to offer extension and onboarding support.
• →Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track candidate progress and maintain accurate recruitment data.

• →Negotiate offers and extend employment contracts, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• →Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
• →Participate in career fairs and industry events to promote employer brand and attract top talent.

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for a diverse range of roles, from shop floor to engineering and management.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific skill sets.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing passive candidates using various recruitment tools and strategies.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR information systems (HRIS).

• Experience with HRIS platforms commonly used in manufacturing (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, ADP Vantage).
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance requirements and Affirmative Action Programs.
• Professional certifications such as CIR, CDR, or SHRM-CP/SCP.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates in a technical environment.
• Experience leveraging data and analytics to drive recruitment strategy and improve outcomes.
