Recruiter - Paw Paw Area

We are partnering with organizations in Paw Paw that are seeking Recruiters. • →Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• →Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
• →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including offer negotiation and onboarding support.
• →Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) effectively for candidate management and reporting.
• →Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
• →Attend career fairs and industry events to promote the company and attract talent.
• →Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.

• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing roles (production, engineering, skilled trades).
• Proven ability to source passive candidates using various methods (LinkedIn Recruiter, industry-specific job boards, networking).
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, terminology, and organizational structures.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management and reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
