Recruiter - Portage Area

• →Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• →Source, screen, and interview candidates for various manufacturing roles, including production, engineering, and quality.
• →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• →Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to track and manage candidate flow.
• →Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• →Conduct pre-employment checks, including background checks and drug screens, in compliance with company policy and regulations.
• →Participate in job fairs and other recruitment events to promote company brand and attract talent.

• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a manufacturing environment
• Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of roles, from shop floor to engineering and management
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific skill sets
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies
• Demonstrated success in sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers

• Experience with a major ATS (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors) beyond basic data entry.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates in highly specialized technical fields.
• Familiarity with OFCCP compliance and affirmative action plans.
• Prior experience recruiting for skilled trades (e.g., electricians, machinists, welders).
