Recruiter - Spring Lake Area

• →Full lifecycle recruitment for various manufacturing roles, from production to engineering.
• →Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and offer strategic solutions.
• →Proactively source passive candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• →Conduct thorough interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers.
• →Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations and background checks.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• →Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to build talent pipelines.

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit for diverse roles, including skilled trades, engineering, production management, and corporate functions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and industry-specific terminology.
• Proven success in utilizing various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct outreach.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.

• Experience with an ATS beyond basic data entry, such as workflow optimization or reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates through creative and non-traditional channels.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles and their application to talent acquisition processes.
• Certifications in HR (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) or specialized recruiting areas.
