Recruiter - Walker Area

We collaborate with manufacturing companies in the Walker region seeking Recruiters. These employers partner with us because they want real insight into candidates—not just resumes. By joining our network, you gain access to roles worth considering.

• →Source and recruit qualified candidates for various manufacturing roles, from entry-level to leadership.
• →Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
• →Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• →Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• →Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• →Ensure compliance with all federal and state employment laws and regulations.
• →Participate in career fairs and other recruiting events to build talent pipelines.

• 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for a variety of roles, including skilled trades, engineering, production, and leadership positions.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, industry trends, and the technical requirements of various roles.
• Proven ability to attract and engage passive candidates using a variety of sourcing techniques.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
