Robotics Technician - Allendale Area

• →Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• →Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical issues in robotic cells.
• →Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.

• →Program and re-program robotic paths and sequences for production changes.
• →Optimize robotic performance for efficiency and accuracy.
• →Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance, and system configurations.

• Associate's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
• Demonstrated ability to program, teach, and calibrate industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Strong understanding of PLC control systems and their integration with robotic cells.

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence).
• Familiarity with PLCs (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for troubleshooting and integration.
• Proficiency in a programming language like Python or C++ for robot scripting or data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to train others on robotic system operation and maintenance.
