Robotics Technician - Montague Area

• →Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• →Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• →Install and configure new robotic cells and peripheral equipment.
• →Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and document findings.
• →Program and optimize robot paths and logic for manufacturing processes.
• →Assist in the development and implementation of new robotic applications.
• →Train production staff on the safe operation and basic troubleshooting of robotic equipment.

• Associate's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Proficiency in programming and operating industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Yaskawa).
• Strong understanding of PLCs, HMIs, and industrial control systems.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic schematics.
• Experience with preventative maintenance programs and documentation.

• Experience with vision systems and their integration into robotic cells.
• Familiarity with various communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, OPC UA).
• Basic programming skills in Python or C++ for scripting and data analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to train and mentor junior technicians or operators.
