Robotics Technician - Wayland Area

• →Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
• Strong understanding of PLC programming and troubleshooting (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley)
• Experience with preventative maintenance and repair of robotic arms and end-effectors
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, and software issues

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for robotic guidance and inspection.
• Familiarity with various robot programming languages beyond teach pendant operation (e.g., Python, C++ for advanced applications).
• PLC programming experience (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley) for integrating robots with broader automation systems.
• Demonstrated ability to train junior technicians or production staff on robot operation and basic troubleshooting.
• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and their specific safety considerations.
