Robotics Technician - Zeeland Area

• →Perform routine maintenance and calibration of robotic systems.
• →Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and software issues in industrial robots.
• →Conduct preventative maintenance inspections and develop maintenance schedules.
• →Install, program, and test new robotic equipment and peripheral devices.
• →Collaborate with engineers and production teams to optimize robot performance and improve manufacturing processes.
• →Document maintenance activities, repairs, and system configurations.
• →Provide technical support and training to production operators on robotic operations.

• Associate's degree in robotics, mechatronics, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in industrial robotics maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and P&ID diagrams.
• Experience with programming and operating industrial robots (e.g., FANUC, KUKA, ABB, Universal Robots).
• Strong understanding of PLC control systems and their interaction with robotic systems.
• Ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in complex robotic cells.

• Experience with vision systems (e.g., Cognex, Keyence) for robotic guidance and inspection.
• Familiarity with various robot programming languages beyond teach pendant operation (e.g., Python, C++).
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and repair complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with collaborative robots (cobots) and their specific safety considerations.
• Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., EtherNet/IP, PROFINET).
