Setup Technician - Allendale Area

• →Prepare and set up manufacturing equipment and machinery for production runs.

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to use various hand and power tools
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents (e.g., blueprints, schematics)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods

• Experience with CAD software for interpreting schematics.
• Forklift certification or experience operating similar material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in using a multimeter and other basic electrical testing tools.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles or 5S methodology.
