• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Proficiency in using an ERP system (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for tracking and documentation
• Familiarity with Six Sigma methodologies
• Certification in a relevant technical field (e.g., industrial maintenance, robotics)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical blueprints
