Setup Technician - Newaygo Area

• →Perform mechanical and electrical setup of manufacturing equipment.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions during setup.
• →Conduct calibration and alignment of machinery for optimal performance.
• →Interpret and follow technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• →Execute preventative maintenance tasks on setup tools and equipment.
• →Document setup procedures, changes, and equipment status accurately.

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Experience with CAD software for interpreting technical drawings.
• IPC J-STD-001 or IPC-A-610 certification.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles.
• Basic soldering and desoldering skills.
