Setup Technician - Wayland Area

• →Perform mechanical and electrical setup of manufacturing equipment according to specifications.

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to use a variety of hand and power tools
• Basic computer literacy for data entry and system navigation

• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for work order management and inventory tracking.
• Familiarity with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing principles.
• Basic understanding of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) operation and troubleshooting.
• Forklift certification or experience operating similar material handling equipment.
• Proficiency in using digital multimeters and other diagnostic tools.
