Shipping & Receiving Clerk - Walker Area

• →Prepare and process all outbound shipments, including labeling, packaging, and creating shipping documentation.
• →Receive, inspect, and record all incoming materials, components, and finished goods, verifying against purchase orders.
• →Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move, load, and unload materials safely.
• →Maintain accurate inventory records by performing regular cycle counts and reconciling discrepancies.
• →Organize and maintain the shipping and receiving areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and efficient material flow.
• →Coordinate with production, quality, and purchasing departments to ensure timely movement of materials and resolve discrepancies.
• →Prepare and maintain shipping logs, receiving reports, and other documentation as required.

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years experience in shipping/receiving within a manufacturing environment
• Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for inventory management and transaction processing
• Demonstrated ability to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment safely (certification preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documenting shipments and receipts
• Basic computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

• Experience operating a forklift, pallet jack, or other material handling equipment
• Proficiency with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems for inventory management
• Certification in hazardous material handling (HAZMAT) or dangerous goods (DG)
• Basic computer skills, including data entry and navigating shipping software
• Ability to perform minor repairs on equipment or packaging
